I don't know what I did, but when opening folders (Control-O) in Word, the listing is now ascending (Z to A) instead of the preferable (A to Z) like it was before today. How do I correct this?

If I make a selection from a word 2002 document with a remark in it and I print this then I get a blank page. If I print the selection after I removed the remark there is no problem.

I have a big *.doc file (~200 pages) with a lot of pictures. All the pictures are linked from the file, i.e. they are stored in some directories on the hard disk. When I open the file and go to a particular page of the document it takes some time before the pictures

Is it possible to select all pictures in the document? Or how can I apply some changes to all pictures with "one mouse click"? (e.g. to change the size or layout and etc.) Thanks.

When I close WORD and re-open it, it always goes back to the beginning. In EXCEL it always goes to where I left off. How can I do this with WORD, so when I open it, it is where I left off so I don't have to scroll down 20 or 50 pages?

How do I bring up two windows? When I bring up two Excel spread sheets, it's only one window. I can go back and forth but I only have one window, so how can I have two windows so I can compare them? Richard

I was looking for a way to insert multiple pictures into Word. If I use Insert>Pictures>From File then pick more than 1 picture file, the order of the files get mixed up in the Word document compared to how they are selected or listed in the folder.

Information is as follows: Quarterly Report done in various versions of Word (2000 or XP). This report is reused every quarter with track changes "on" to show any changes to text.
