Is it possible - and if so how is it done - to create a  repeating e-mail

I have a number of envelope documents that give me the message that
the margins I have set are outside of the printable area of the page.
I think it is referring to the return address which I have put as far

Here is what I am searching for:
A macro which will count words in the document but exclude ones formatted a
certain way. For example it will count only the text that I wrote but

Just installed Office: Mac. (Standard)
In Word can't find watermarks under insert. Help shows that is where it
should be.
How can I insert a watermark?
