Using Excel and Word 2002, Excel cells formatted in currency with 2 decimal places merge into Word displaying 14 decimal places. How can I truncate the 14 to 2?

I want to use the standard icons e.g. the Print button, to create low level user documentation but cannot find where this resides. Can anyone provide the path to its location? I am assuming maybe wrongly that these are .gif files and are on the system somewhere. Thanks

I'm using MS-Word 97 and Adobe 5.0, trying to convert a file to pdf format. Halfway through the conversion, the status bar stops. Only way to exit is to shut computer down and reboot. OS is WinXP-SP2. Any suggestions? Bob

On my desktop, which has a full keyboard, I can get an en-dash or em-dash using the keyboard shortcuts Ctrl+Num- and Alt+Ctrl+Num-. The keyboard on my laptop does not have a numeric keypad. Is there a keyboard shortcut I can use to get these characters? I tried NumLock
