I put several icons to my "Standard" Word 2003 toolbar (for example I put Save As, Properties and Word Count as shortcuts to my toolbar). After I close Word and reload it, the new icons are not present - only the usual default icons are there.

New Computer with Student-Teacher Office 2003 installed as an after-purchase. It recognizes all of my old documents (made in Word 2000), but whenever I attempt to open any of them, I get "Not Available." All of the files open in Wordpad and in Publisher.

Using Windows XP Pro and Office 2000 I understand what the paragraph format choices are (keep with next and keep lines together) I just cannot think of a time when those would be important boxes to check.
