how do i change the numbering on the rulers? right now the ruler counts from
1 to 42, but i don't know what units those are. i want my ruler to display
measurements in inches. and i've already set my measurement system in the
options, General tab to inches.

Both the Icon and file properties show  20kb of content. It was saved and
closed last night. How can I get the data from this to be visible? Other
files open ok

I have had a recurring problem that seems to be getting worse.  If I try to
perform some sort of file operation (i.e. open, attach, etc) with any Office
2003 product, it takes an extended period of time (5-20 seconds) to move to

I can get the "Envelope Setup" label (not an icon) in my toolbar, but it is
grayed out.  How do I get a simple "Print Envelope/Label" usable icon on the

Learning to hate Word 2003

I'm sure this is something very simple. It seems that the Symbols in my drop
menu in "Insert" has dissapeared from my toolbar.  I did find it in font and
also in border and shades. However, have not been able to use it in Insert
Menu.  Could you please help me.  Thankyou
