I have tried to use the utility from Steve Rado and it imports successfully. When I go to Word 2003 it appears to restore properly. When I look at Autocorrect they are the default entries that come with word. Am I missing

I have just discovered MS Word's Quote field. Am I missing something, or is this the most pointless feature ever created? According to the Word help files, it simply inserts the literal text inside the field. Correct me if I'm wrong, but isn't that something that can be done pretty

I can't open several chapters of my dissertation, this is a crisis. I was working on a Mac, OS X. Don't know which version of Word, but recent. I am at home with my PC, Windows XP.

Friend has a problem with a fax form...I'm sure its easy to fix but I can't see how. He uses a fax form to send faxes as a Word document... ..he just opens up the form which has his name address tel nos etc on..then

We are trying to switch from Wordperfect to Word for letters/faxes in my office. We currently have one box for all fillin fields to be entered at the same time - can this be done in Word? also, can Word place one fillin into to locations in the new document?

This is very annoying and has a negative effect on my computer's responsiveness. I have a virus scanner installed and am happy to rely on it doing its thing and would happily have Office ignore checking. Suggestions welcome.
