I am trying to proofread/copy edit a text sent to me in Word. Are there tools to do such editing in my Word 2002 software? If so, where? I need to put in comments and strike sentences - that's all I am really looking for.

I have a need to distribute my bio to a diverse group - some on dialup. It's a one page document - 12k in size. When I insert my photo (145k), the resulting document "balloons" to over 3 meg! Am I doing something wrong? Is there a better way?

Using Word2003: When I've selected one paragraph and changes the format (e.g. to bold), ALL the text in the document changes to the new format. I've never experienced this before in any version of Word. What is going on?
