My work colleagues and I are being updated to Word 2003 (from Word 97)
today. I've noticed that some keyboard shortcuts on the tabs in the various
dialog boxes are no longer there i.e. Page Setup dialog box - there is no
longer a keyboard shortcut for the various tabs i.e. Margins, ...

when listing bulleted points, often i would like to start a new line within
the bulleted point. However, when I press enter, it starts a new bullet.
I can do it manually by double hitting enter, move curser up, push delete,
start to type, then use tab at every line, but this is ...

Once I click customize, I can no longer figure out what some of the existing
buttons (especially ones that are new for Office 2003) are. This makes it
more difficult to place new buttons, or remove default buttons which I won't
end up using.

I have a word document that has what looks like a border or frame
around it.  I was wondering how do I get rid of that?

In Word 2000 I have a problem. Instead of a blank page for Document1,
or Document2, etc., I get a page that has text in it. This is text
that I created, but I can't figure out how to get back to the default
of a blank page for Document1 etc. Can someone help?

template, i.e. File | New  not all of the templates give me a
preview..  (it is checked to do so)

I have MS Word 2000 and would like to print out a document with odd pages
first and then turn the paper over and print the even pages.  When I click
