I have created a macro that will choose a specific printer on our network. I want to add that button ON the document NOT in the toolbar. I just need to have a button at the bottom of my document that says "printername" but wont show up on the printed page. please help

I have managed to create a line across the document, which I cannot get ride of. You can move it just a bit betweed two spaces. Delete or other similar aids do not help. The only way is to start a new document? Thanks

Word 2002 The track changes tab in options is set to show balloons. However, all I get is a vertical line along side the left margin. How do I get balloons to appear? TIA!

hyperlinks are automatically formatted blue and underlined. The blue is nice, but the underline isn't. How do you remove the underline and make it default for all documents that you open or create? (Not just changing the style for one document.)
