I would like to print a barcode just as an example in a word document that I'm doing. So the barcode need not be based on a change value or anything like that. How can I do this?

I changed the defaults for one document and accidentally made it a permanent default. Now my margins and page are incorrect for a normal documents. how do i restore the original default settings.
