In moving from Word 97 to Word 2002 I notice that upper case capital letters
in Spanish print without the accent, although the accents show in the
on-screen document.  How do I get the accents to print?

I can remember years ago clicking Print Screen to print the display, but my
PrintScreen key doesn't do anything at all.  I try Shift+PrntScrn, the key by
itself to no avail.  Can't find Print Screen in Help.  Nor Print Directory.

why does powerpoint send me back to word when I try to

I am using Word 2003 at work. Since today, when I select text with the mouse, then try to delete it with the Del key, the following message appears in the bottom left corner of the screen: -  "Delete Block? No (Yes)"
