How can I change the following views?
Everytime I open a document, it automatically opens in 'read layout' view
when I would rather see it wysiwyg - print layout.  How can I make print
layout the default?

For the life of me, I can't figure out how to show two files side by
side verrtically in Word.  Anybody care to enlighten this Word newbie?

Every time I exit Word 2002, I get the following message "Changes have been
made that affect the global template Norman.dot. Do you want to save those
changes?" I get this message even though I haven't made any changes. Is
