I have a customer who cannot get the Language bar to appear on his desktop
(or in the Taskbar). He has added multiple keyboards in the Text Services
and Input Languages dialog box. When he clicks on the Language Bar... button
all four check boxes are greyed out; he cannot check ...

Office 2003, Word. View, Header and Footer. When I click on the "Insert Auto
Text" button on the tool bar, the menu is empty. I have tried the reset tool
bar button...nothing. I went to "Insert Auto Text" menu, that also seems
empty of all the generic greetings, the word "Subject ...

I can't seem to overcome this problem.
Does anyone have a solution?

I have a document that contains a large number of comments (Word2002).  
Different reviewers appear in different colors.
I would like to print the document and only the comments from Joe, blue, and
Mary, red.

While I was downloading the Office 2000 core update (o2ksr-1a), the
20-minute inactive timer thingy in IE timed out and dropped me off-line.
Now whenever I try to start the download again, it won't do it and I get a
message that says:
