I am very aware  the proper way to incorporate a text file (NotePad)
into a Word document is to Insert it.
However, in  a senior moment I tried to copy the file and then paste it
in the document and was surprised when Word stop responding.  I had to

I'm having trouble setting the default font for Word 2002 when I make a new
message from Outlook 2002. It starts with the font setting to be BOLD and
ITALIC I've tried to set it to regular font but can not seem to find the
right to place set it.

Hi..Using Word 2000, I have a document with a graphic inserted into it- (A
logo next to the letterhead).
I have been unable to figure out what it is - jepg, bitmap, etc, nor how to
simply separate it from the Word doc and save it as a stand alone art file.

I use two-column tables a lot in word, as I work in TV and we use them for
scripts. On my home computer I have no problems. I can click the cursor on
any box in the table withoutout highlight it.

I am working on a recipe book with over 700 entries.  I have tried
automarking the entries – that will only allow one Table of Contents and one
Index – and I would like to have two.  It also puts the page number in for
