I am using Word 97 under Win98se, and I just had a problem where I can no longer change fonts, font sizes or bold/italic/underline. I initially received an error message that normal.dot was corrupt, and Word could not repair it.

Can someone pls tell me where AutoCorrect entries are stored in Word 2003? In "Microsoft Word 2003 for Law firms" it states that: - The registry stores the location of the AutoCorrect file (.acl) - Normal.dot stores the formatted AutoCorrect entries.

Recently installed Word 2003 and was previously using Word 97. Now when I open a new document, it opens a new version of Word each time. How can I change this so that all documents open in same application?

I created a numbered list, but want to alphabetize the whole list, but have it ignore certain words when alphabetizing, like "the". Can anybody help? I'm going insane trying to figure this out!

Lately I notice that the spelling selection, after I make the selection for a different language and say OK, it does not keep the selected language but goes back to English. It was not always like that, but I noticed it yesterday and to-day.
