Hyperlinks in my documents make me press ctrl and the link at the same time
to go to the destination.  How do I make it so all you have to do is click on
it?

Long ago, I figured out (with this group's help) how to put an icon on
my toolbar so that when I click it, it pulls up an email ready to fill
out and send -- very convenient.
I used the Tools|Customize|Commands to do this.

I've created a form, but I was wondering if there was a way to customize the
"tab position" of the text form fields.  Right now when we press "Tab", the
cursor is going across the page horizontally . . . we want it it go down the
page vertically.

can any one direct me to a site where i can have a look at a few
document files that have various features (tables tabulations
etc.)included that would be good to show to some students as examples
of documents.

I've been trying to create a document with a border in some sections and not
in others.
The problem I've been having is that the last page of a section using a
border seems to react to the margin settings of the next section.

in Word rather than using the load window. Can I use wildcards to search for

I have Word 2000 installed (Dell) on a Win Me HD, and I just installed a second
HD with Windows XP on it. All I have to use is Notepad and Wordpad in Windows
XP. I do have plans to have either Word 2003 installed or Corel WordPerfect 12
installed on the XP HD....sometime,...if the ...

when I hold down a key to repeat that character, it stops on it's own and I
have to re-press the key numerous times until I get the required amount of
repeated characters on my Word document, email anything requiring a single
character to be repeated.

I can scan and save in my letters. When I open the file, there is a pake of
illedgible chatacters.
What am I doing wrong?

I can't find the command "Go to start of next sentence" in the Tools |
Customize | All Commands box. Can anyone tell me where to find it, please.
On my old PC, I had it set up for Alt+Right arrow but it does not appear to
have been brought to this PC on my templates.
