How do I get Word 2003 to stop replacing hyphens in a group of numbers with
dashes?
For example 12345-340-9488288-YXZ-0001 might have three of the four hyphens

Why is it that when you open a word doc and don’t do anything except view or
scroll through the doc and try to close it Windows asks you if you want to
save changes made? And why does it happen only for some files and not others?

I use Word2000.  In a document, it has a header which is the title.  The
title is on the first page only.  When I print it, the title appear twice on
the first page, since the header gets printed as well.  Is there a way to
hide the header on the first page?

A user is looking for a template that creates a Julian calendar which shows

needed.  I don't know why they have a next section break on page 5 thus

I am using Word 2003. In autocorrect, I have checked all the boxes and
caps do work in general text, however, in a bulletted or numbered list,
the first word is not in cap. How do I make it capitalized everytime I
start a new line. Any suggestions?
