How can I save a document as a PDF file?  This is not offered as an option in
the drop down save as menu.  tahnks

All of a sudden, and for no reason I can figure out, each time I place a
table on a document -- either a brand new doc or an older one -- and start
typing in it, the words are in bold.  This was not previously the case.
What in the world did I do, and how can I alleviate this ...

I put a password on a word document couple months back and now can`t
remember what it is. Is there a way to take it out?

I'm starting a new doc that needs to be in 4 columns.  I've set up the
4 columns, but I'm not familiar with how they work.  How do you move
from one column to another?  I can't get the cursor in any column
except #1.

I have about 20 single page documents.  I now want to combine them into one
complete document but some of the pages are landscape and some are Portrait.
Can this work?

If I create a Word 2003 template at home and email it to myself at work,
will I be able to use that template in Word 2002? (As long as I don't use
any formats that occur in W2003 that are not in W2002?)

I have a text box with a picture fill background and some text.
Now I want to add a small text box with some more text in it at a
different orientation (a title) but I want this second smaller box to
have a transparent background so that the picture shows through. I

With my old Dell I bought Word 2000. There are 7 disks in the pack. I have
since changed computers and Have XP Pro installed on this one. Will these
disks work with XP Pro also? I'd hate to go thru all that trouble for
nothing.

Is there any way in Word 97 of removing section breaks? Somehwo I have
ended up with Odd Page breaks in a document and I cannot find a way of
deleting them to put a normal section break in. Anyone out there have a
way of doing this?

When I try to add words or commas to a sentence, the rest of my sentence is
deleted while I am typing the new word or sentence. I lose everything after
the point that I am fixing.  How do I shut this auto delete off?

I have XP Home in which I am using an old version of Word 97 which I loaded
from an old disk. It works fine still, but I have a couple of questions --
1)    Would I find much benefit in buying the latest Word?
2)    If so, is this site selling genuine copies?
