Background: Last year I converted several large manuscripts (800+

Using Word 2000.  I have a table with 4 rows and 4 columns that is a
fill-in-the-blank use.  Columns 1 and 3 have my text in them with no
borders.  Columns 2 and 4 are blank cells with only the bottom border of
each cell visible.  The user will type in there.
