I have a table where there is numbering in the third column. Each new cell
in that column has to start from number 1. Is it possible to restart
automatically without having to open Format | Numbering, etc. I recorded a
macro but still have to press the icon on the toolbar each time ...

When I type in a document there is a "delay" before the keystrokes appear on
the screen.  I am not a fast typist so this is even more puzzling.  I went to
the control panel and made corrections to keyboard and mouse to go faster but

Do Word 2003 and Excel 2003 create documents/spreadsheets in a default format
that can be read by Word 2002 and Excel 2002, or does the user need to scroll
down the list of "Save As" types and pick a different format each time?

Using Word 2002, I produced a mail merge of 115 letter.  However, I am unable
select certain letters for printing.  No matter which pages I select,
everything prints.  The bottom indicates sections instead of pages.  I added
Field Code Next Record but that didn't help.

I just loaded up a document and discovered it will no longer recognise
