I'm using Word 2000.
I can't seem to make the fonts STAY what I set them to.
I can set both to what I want, go back to print an envelope and the next
time it reverts back to the default.

When using "Document Map" , The titles are listed in the left sub window.
They are used to be middle sized fonts, but I don't how come, now they
become very large fonts. I have no idea how to reduce the font size of the
document map.

In Word 2003 I want to practice navigating, seeing markups, editing, and
comments, formating, etc. (the whole kit and kabootle)  To do these things, I
believe, I need a long word document to download and save.  I've done a
search (a quick one) for scholarly documents in Google ...

I have some custom Word templates (*.dot) I must transfer from a machine
with Office XP to a machine with Office 2003. Into what folder should I put
them?

I suddenly got a problem in some Word files. As I try to type a colon
(:).
I get a non-breaking space inserted between the word and the colon, see
below.

Each time I start Word 2003 I get repeated Macros security warnings, have to
enable and/or disable each program before I can use word.  

How do I print the second label on the above if I only want to print one?

Advice on creating macros, I have a word template which I frequently copy
and modify certain entries example
the date or other strings in the copied document.
Appreciate how I could use say a macro enabling myself to fill in items

How I can convert a word 2003 doc to a Apple Works 6 doc?

Is it normal to have the spell check feature greyed out on a protected form?
User wants to spell check (not sure why).

Using Office XP with SP2 on WinXP with SP1.
Our Office Manager is having an odd problem this morning; she's  pulled up
an old Word95 doc that is our letterhead and then clicked on the email icon,
but got an error stating that it couldn't find/open the email envelope.

It was suggested that "Drawing" needs to be check in Tools | Options.  That
works correctly on my machine, but not on the user who is having the
problem.  She sees a graphic used as a header in Print Preview and when
printing, but does not see it in Print Layout view at all.  When ...
