I tried to attach a word document to an e-mail and something went wrong. They e-mailed me back to say they couldn't open it. I had to send it to them in plain text in the body of the e-mail. Later I did a test by sending an e-mail to myself and attaching a word

I opened the same Word file once from the desktop and once from a folder I moved it to. Now I don't seem to be able to delete the old path for opening the file on the desktop, which appears under the File menu along with the correct path of the folder where the file is currently ...

I have a user running windows 2000 on a machine with 256MB of ram and 35 GB of free disk space. In addition the virtual memory on the machine is locked to a 750 MB range. Finallly her registry size has approximately 66% of it used (23/30).

If this posted in the wrong group please point me in the right direction. Using Office Small Business Edition 2003. I have used MS Word from this suite to create a document along with a table of contents. At the end of the TOC I inserted a page and section break.

I have added the Blogger toolbar to Word 2000 and it works a treat. However I want the toolbar docked in a particular position, but it persists in returning to the initial place every time I start Word. Is there any way to lock the darn thing into place, maybe like IE6 toolbars? ...

I have a user that has a problem with his cursor. On many documents, the insertion cursor will display 1/2 height, while on others it appear normal. I have checked the settings that may affect the cursor, but the settings are fine.

I am using Word 97 and I notice that sometimes the font size will look like different sizes on the screen but yet it prints out fine. Anyone know the reason why it does that? Thanks.

What is the short cut that you use to prevent hyphenated words from splitting up and spilling onto the next line? Is it alt shift enter or ctrl alt enter???
