My top margin appears to be 0.  Changing the margins in Page Setup does not

When I start a document or start a new sentence it does not use capital
letter.  I think went you start a new sentence it is suppose to use capital
letters.

=SUBTOTAL(9,A1:A10) still gives total of rows 1 thru 10 even though i've

For years I have been using alt+shift+up/down arrow to "move"
paragraphs up or down in a document. I can't remember now where I
discovered it, but I believe it is largely undocumented, but it is one
of the top 2-3 features in Word. I use it hundreds of times every day.

I am on a wireless network.  When I start word 2003 with the printer turned
off, the program crashes a few seconds after starting.  When the printer is
on it runs fine. Any ideas?
