I use Word 2002, with Win XP Pro, SP2. I've defined the "Normal" style as including the Arial font. Yet every once in a while I'll open a new (blank) document and find that "Normal" has been redefined to use Times New Roman.

Hi, i'm having a problemw ith microsoft word 2000. My paragrphs are justified and sometimes the last sentence in a paragraph will be stretched over the entire width of a page, even though the last sentence may only have a small number of words in it.

When typing a report I someitmes need to indert a letter or correct a mistake, why do I have the letter in front of the correct deleted,,,this requires me to re-type entire sentences, Also, when indenting a section of a report, why do I alwasy get a CAP letter

I am n ew to teh computer world...just installed Office Pro 2003. I have typed a letter in Word and now need to email it to someone. I have tried the "file", "send to", "mail recipient" and then pressed "send copy". It is not being received. What should I do?

I figured out how to turn off the date autocomplete but this also turns off all the autotext entries. Does anybody know if it is possible to turn off autocomplete for dates only and how to do it? Thanks Scott Schaffer ITSA
