I am trying to make a document to where certain areas of it need different information, I don't wanna do a merge..... I was wondering if there was a way to highlight the areas I want to change in the document, and tab to those areas everytime I wanna change them???? Does that ...

I have a disk with a file on it that has tables, paragraph marks and other codes on it. When I try to view it on another computer these codes(?) do not show up. How can I make them show up? I 'm trying to make sure everything I add to this document is in the same format.

I changed our phone # in our p.o. template. Now when I open the template and fill in the fields, it won't tab to the next form field (ie. p.o. # to date to terms etc..), it just moves over a couple of spaces. I have to take my mouse and click to the next field. What did I do?

We created a Word document using Word 2003. When the document is opened on a PC with Word 2000, the header or footer cannot be access (even when the document is unprotected). Is this incompatibility by design ? Or, is there a way that I can get

I’m sorry to be a pest about this but it’s hard to explain. I understood what Bob said about the … but I want to see what I really named my doc. & not these phantom names! These are the phantom names that appear on the recent history drop-down list.
