I'm putting dropdown lists into forms in Word, and sometimes one option is to put in nothing at all. For example, by telephone/by fax/blank. Is it possible to do this? I use Word 2003 SP1, part of MS Office Small Business Edition 2003.

I have a remote user that has a Autofill Date problem. When she tries to input the date, it works ok, but the date is off by about 2 weeks and the time of day is of as well. Im not sure where word queries to get its time, but i have had her check the times in the system tray and ...

ok, I've got this instructor who wants the header to have a 1/2" right margin, while maintaining a 1" right margin for the rest of the paper. Why? I haven't a clue, but she will take off for it. Can someone please tell me how to do that?

I have two users that are losing information when they close Word 2003 and the Save prompt does not appear and the program closes. What could be causing this? Any help is greatly appreciated. Thanks

It's nice of Word to save unsaved files when it crashes, but it messes up hyperlinks. Example: The displayed text is MyInfo and the hyperlink is D:\Help\MyInfo.doc. After a crash the hyperlink becomes C:\Documents and Settings\Help\MyInfo.doc.
