I am using Word 2003.  I prepared a document with lots of tables and
graphics (.jpg). I emailed it to a colleague. I also emailed it to
myself.  I can open the email attachment and it appears ok.  When he
opens it with a version of word that say 2002 under <help> <about>

Let's say that you have a document that is in black.  You'd now like to
write in blue from this moment forward (regardless where in the
document you are).  IS there a way to do this?  Kind of like you're
picking up a different colored pen.

In the Print layout view, the gaps between pages have disappeared. How can I
get them back?

Our company sends out word docs for quotes that are attachments being sent
by outlook.
When they are opened, they open in Reading Layout view, which looks very
bad.

Tools > Options and then File Locations, I highlight "User templates" and
click Modify, but I don't see my templates there. Also, when I click the

Upon saving file to disk, Problem opening file is stated in error.

Is there any way I can use Word's outline numbering but instead of First,
Second, it can put Primero, Segunda?
I have Word's Spanish proofing tools installed for spell checker, etc.

I have a new computer with XP professional, with MS Office 2003
Professional installed.
My administrator account as usual doesn't have this problem but my regular
user account as usual does.

I have a problem when opening word!
Instaed of the normal lettersize template it opens a different size sheet
with no margins. The template that I looked for is correct so I don't know
why this is opening instaed

This is a strange one.
Just installed Office 2003 on my new laptop. Old laptop was stolen :(
At first everything was fine but now if I open Word, or a document in Word
two things happen:
