I use office-xp. When I want to write a word document normal.dot gives me the document but it says always "test". I can arrase this but how do I create a new normal.dot. Tanks for your answers.

I have a problem with a document someone has sent me. It needs footnotes added but when I add one the footnote reference in the text just appears as a number in the same font and size as the text. I want it to be a superscript as normal.
