I have a 70-page document that a predecessor has put together.  He has used
12 text boxes per page (to make each page look like a form).  The text boxes
have been filled in.  The Company has changed name and owner and while the
information in the boxes is still valid its format ...

Can anybody tell me how to save a word document in two different folders at
the same time?
Or if possible redirect it to three or more folders.

I use Word a good deal for writing letters and have various templates for
this purpose.  All of these have dates within them and, to ensure that they
give the correct date when a letter is created, the 'update automatically'
box is checked.

Is there a way to pull all text out of all text boxes and just have the
complete text of the document flowing without any text boxes.
