xp operating system - epson scanner. When I scan any documents  [ resume,
letters,etc ] into Word my preview shows fine yet when it is downloaded I get

Our teacher tells us not to use templates.  Always start from scratch and
compose your own letter .
Anybody out there who has problems with templates or do they find them

I type in Welsh where the letter "i" is used a lot on its own
Word corrects this to "I"

If I want to start text approx 2.5 inches from the top of my page - how do I
decipher the measurement in inches? I looked in "help" and it said to use
points - I don't know how to use points.
