I use Word 97 with Windows XP Home. In PAGE LAYOUT when I use SELECT ALL both the horizontal and vertical rulers disappear. What am I doing wrong and how can I fix it, please? Michael

I have been emailed a one page file with a new corporate letterhead, made up of a header and a footer. When I type onto page 2, the letterhead crops up again which is obviously unneccessary.

I created a form in Word 2003 with drop down menus. I then used "Save As" to create a template of the form. I launched the template and a new word doc launched, but the drop down menus didn't work. I must be doing something wrong. Any help would be appreciated.
