My kids typed on winword, it is frozen and I can not delete or make changes,
do you have any helpful hints.?  I am not very computer savy!

I have set up several templates without hitch but my latest one won't
open.  
When I click on file new open I get an error message insufficient
memory. Even when I have no other windows or programmes open.

By deleting some material in a document I ended up with a blank page at the
end of the document. I am not able to remove or delete the blank page. Help,

A publisher asks for a document to be submitted in the KAP chapter template
form. Tyey provide instructions on finding it in W-2000 . . . but not 2007
and I cannot find it anywhere.
