I was trying to edit an online recipe.  Somehow Word is changing some
fractions to symbols and not others.  I would rather just have no
conversion.

Our company is finally moving from Office 2002 (Word) to Office 2003
(Word) and I am wondering if there will be any problems, issues using Word
2003 from files created from Word 2002.   Any tips or know issues
will be appreciated.  Thank you advance.

I downloaded the add-in that allows you to save office documents as
.pdf and .xps files. It consists of two *.dll files. I'm kind of new to
