I can't create, alter or change any document in MS 2003 Word. It said my

I've had this problem more than once.  I cannot get my table header row
to repeat.  I have chosen the row, hit header row repeat (done this
many times) but it will not work.  My table crosses multiple pages, it
does not appear that I have any manual page breaks.  I think it has
