I am creating a form in Word 2003 using text boxes.  Mu difficulty is that I

I replaced a Word file with updated text.  The problem is I selected the
old file and then clicked on "replace" on the new file.  Result old file has
now replaced the new one.
How do I recover the my updated text file?

Is this possible:
Open a Word 2000 document under Windows 2000.
Take a look at it, and decide that you want to delete it.
Find and click a menu item that deletes the document when you close it.
