Is there no Word General group? or is this it? Word 2003 Keyboard shortcuts change case of selected text? Seems to me that in Word 97 if you selected a text or sentence and did an ALT+C it would cycle through Upper Case, Lower Case, Title Case.

I have Word 2002 on Win XP Home SP 2. Recently I noticed that all the settings in Tools - Options had reverted to the defaults. I redid all my settings, saved them and closed the program. When I re-opened the program, the selections were back at the defaults.

We are working with a product called "Affinity" from Quadramed. It runs on top of MS Word 2000 and has a customized macro that is run when the document is completed. As far as I can tell, this macro saves the file and closes Word.
