I am using Word 2002. Every document I write is "locked for editing". How can
I unlock all the documents?

For some reason, Word 2003 has slowed upon opening. It gives me the splash
screen and from there it opens very slowly. I've deleted and reinstalled my
printer, checked my fonts, and can find no reason for it to be opening
slowly. Can someone advise me of what else I mght try?

I am doing a mail merge from an Excel sheet onto Avery labels (2 across/7
down). I have 62 addresses which all appear to be correct when I open the
"open data source" in Word. I select All and do the merge.
For some reason, some labels are missing - as far as I can tell at the end ...

sent me a .docx file which I can't read.
I downloaded and installed FileFormatConverters.exe from MS but I still
