I want to file the same version of a single file to two different locations simultaneously, one copy to my hard drive and one to a network drive. Is this possible and how can it be done?

I have created a word document in word 2003 and emailed it to a colleague who has word 2007. Everything was going okay until she went to print. In the print preview the document looks okay and in print layout but when she prints it out it is over to the right of the page

In Word 2002, when I collect, say, 20 web text clips on the Clipboard for pasting into an open doc, I click on Paste All and the Application hangs. At the same time my newly installed ZoneAlarm firewall tells me that Word is trying to access the Internet. Does Word need to do this

Thanks in advance. All the computers in the office are running Windows XP. I want people in the office to pull and save there word documents from thier local directory (My Documents) but when they save them, it sends a copy to the server.

I'm writing a proposal and one of the requirements is that a link to the table of contents must appear on each page. Links in the header/ footer aren't clickable in Word and are also not clickable when converted to PDF format. Any ideas on how to accomplish this are

Word 2003 - when I put in date and then do print preview the date is displayed as a formula rather than the date and the page number at the bottom is displayed as [page] and it prints out like this? Can anyone help? Checked settings etc and all are OK (set to correct format)
