Hello,  I am having difficulty inserting a custom figure caption that reads
as "Picture A-1" instead of "Picture 1-A".  I have tried linking to the
Heading style as indicated in the help reference, but cannot get this to
work.  Thank you in advance of your responses.

This is a second request.  Not sure the first one made it.  I have windows xp
and do not have word.  But I do have the program for reading word, etc.  But
everytime I try to open a word document I get a message saying a dialogue box
is open and must be closed before I can open ...

I am trying to get into word 2002, I can't delete it or reinstall it, I can't
get any documents out of it.  It says there is a patch missing and to
reinstall, I must have either deleted something to make word work or a part
of the program. what can I do

Ever since we bought a new computer and upgraded to Word 2003, I am having
annoying problems with printing.  Every so often when I try to print a
document or an envelope an error box pops up "Margins of section 1 are
outside the printable area of the page".  I can find no way ...

I'm trying to generate a Word Doc (Office 2002) with some in-line
instructions for the user. The catch is that when the user prints the
document, I want the entered content to show, but not the instructions
that are included.

Why do I suddenly see dots between each word in my typing, and how do I get
rid of them?

I've just recently installed Office Pro 2003. I would like to print Word
docs to PDF. Should Word call the Adobe Acrobat program I have installed
from inside Word, do I need to do something to place an icon on the menu bar
or do I print to the Acrobat distiller? I guess I assumed ...

Is there a way I can convert the Trial version of Office 2007 to the retail one by just putting in the new key?

Sorry if this has been posted already and I missed it, but I'm
stumped.
I'm attempting to set up Word 2003 so that it'll use a personal.dot
instead of the Normal.dot for any user adjustments.  I'd like the
