I want to type chinese words in Microsoft words

I have microsoft wood 2003. I wrote a letter then wanted to send it via e-mail.
I test it first by sending it to myself and a message tells me that my
document was not sent. Why can't I send my letter? What am I doing wrong?

I was wondering if there is any way I can set up word so that each time I
