I used to open a file and see all of the page. Then, one day, Word started chopping off my header. I now have to go to View, Header and Footer to get the very top of the page to display. How can I get View, Header and Footer to be my open default again?

I often use SHIFT + F4 to go to the next "find" term. Is there a shortcut key to go to the previous "find" term? I typically en up using the find dialog box when I want to do this. Thanks, Ross Payne

Am just looking at Word 2007. Notice there is a difference to the formatting, ie when you hit carriage return it takes you to a new paragraph rather than the next line. How do you change this?

I've been helping out a friend who just got a new computer with Word 2007. Basic stuff is hard to find. For example, since there is no Tools menu any more, where are the things that use to be on the Tools menu, such as Customize and Options?
