On our old Win2K systems, I had a font named "EngraversGothic BT"
which we use in out letterhead templates (dozens of them).
We just bought new computers running WinXP. The "EngraversGothic BT"
font on these machines has a much different appearance. I just printed

I do not have any choices of Quick Styles.  I see this has been a problem for
others, but I can't find the solution anywhere. Help?

Sometimes, I find that the checkmark box is filled with the green color, no
checkmark, only this green color filling the box.  I can't relate this event

I am running into a problem with Word 2003. I am attempting to compare and
merge two documents I have in a file folder, but get a runtime error
message.

On a Win XP, SP2  PC, I'm using Word 2000.
I've copy/pasted Lots of stuff into one document over the years, and
each entry is separated simply by several blank lines.  The first
line

When trying to merge some cells in a table the 'Merge Cells' button is grayed
so I can't click on it. It will only let me merge a whole row of cells.

For those of you who must have the drop down menus fear no more.

I have Word 2003 and Windows XP.
My problem is that the "Select Text" pointer, when used in "Word", is only
half size - in all other programs it's normal size. I apologise but I'm not
sure what it's normally called.

Out of the blue, whenever I open up Word, the formatting has changed.  The
page has a color fill and the font changed.  Nobody else uses my computer.
How did the formatting change, and how can I set my own standard formatting
when opening a new file?

I have a word doc that for some reason has one number bullet point
that is smaller than the rest and is a different color. for the life
of me I can not figure out how to fix it. i have tryed all the rest
features, but nothing works any one know how to fix one point if all

I'd like to set up 3 or 4 multi-line signatures in Word 2007, (e.g. name,
address, phone, email, mobile, etc). But I can't see a place to do this.  I
had 3 or 4 set up on Wod 2003, and I can still see how to set up signatures
in Outlook 2007, but I can't find a place to set them ...

I am writing a book that presently consists of two large Word 2000 files,
one 124 pages long, the other 98. I'm worried that my files might get so
large that something bad will happen to them. Does anyone know if there's
any danger of that?
