Is there a keyboard shortcut for Office button?
If not, is there a way to assign one? I couldn't find it listed in the
"All commands" list under Customize | Customize keyoard shortcuts.

I just purchased a laptop w/Vista OS.  I have a Western Digital external USB
hard driive connected where I save all of my Word Docs.  I installed Office
XP on this laptop w/Vista OS and began editing a doc. I worked many, many
hours on the doc and a message appeared telliing me ...

how to secure / protect document for editing / changing (i.e. Formating,
Writing, Save, and also selection & copy paste) the document is only read
only no formation can be made no copy paste should be allowed.

I am typing and the letters are going on top of each other instead of across
the page..Help. Realise it's probably quite simple but am trying to do
assessment and need help!

Whenever I start Word 2007, the cursor is on the right of the document as if
it is a right-to-left format. How can I change this? Thanks.

I have got some of the word documents which arrived as an attacment and I
pressed Save button and now  I can't sem to delete it from the Microsoft
Word.  HELP

I need to use handwritten style such as script or signature but as I use
script the text remains look like typing style (not continous like
handwritten style). Anyone can help?

In Word 2007, where's "document properties"? Used to be File|Properties, but
no more.

If you've gone nuts trying to get your fractions to enter the same in
Microsoft Word whether they are the general fractions (ie. 1/4, 1/2, 3/4 . .
.) or the less used fractions (ie. 5/6, 7/9, 15/16 et al.) here's how.

I have a couple of Word documents that have a lot of links from Excel
spreadsheets.  While this is a useful feature, it seems incredibly
cumbersome to make any modifications at all.

create a form and lock the form, spell check does not work. How can I get

Is there any way to change a new-page section break to a contionuous
section break without affecting the document in any other way? That
is, no changes to headers & footers (including whether they are linked
to the previous section), formatting (number of columns), etc.

On my laptop at home, there is a tool that lets you highlight text, like you
would do with a highlighter pen, basically. But now that i'm in college, on
the same document off my flash drive, there is no tool there and i cant find
it anywhere! I need to hand this document in today ...

When I print a word document, and have a date printed on it.  The date that
needs to be printed is always 1 month ahead of the date the document is
printed.  How can I insert a the month+1.   Ex: I create a document in may,
but I need the date of the document to say June.
