I like to copy logs into MS Word to and highlight keywords and I use
different colors.  Then I like to manually delete the items that are not
highlighted which is relatively easy. I could easily do this with MS-Word
2003 but now in MS Word 2007 when I start to delete items ...

I am using Word 03 and storing my docs in a SharePoint doc library on
XP. I have an empty document. I also have other documents that I am
merging into this empty document to create a final doc. I do this
using the INCLUDETEXT field (Insert > Field > INCLUDETEXT > doc URL).

I upgraded to office 07 and want to create some basic templates like
for sports, boy scouts, garage sales and things like that. 03 had
preinstalled templates and 07 doesn't seem to have any templates, if
this program has preinstalled templates where do I find them? No

I was able to print Avery 2163 Mini sheet labels with word 2003. I can't find
the template for Word 2007. I'm using a HP C4180 printer. When I try to build
a custom label I get a paper size errof from the printer.

Helping a friend who wanted a simple header in all new documents that would
not appear on the first page, I followed Suzanne Barnhill's instructions
which I used years ago on how to do this.
It all worked except for one thing.  The header included the Filename field.

My new 2007 MS Word does not allow me to send a document as an attachment.

We have a pdf with current version 1.6.  The pdf needs to be version 1.4
(Adobe 5).  Is there a way to convert this pdf to version 1.4 without going
back to the word document it was created from?  There has been much review

I opened and used some of these files previously on XP but in Vista they
are not being read properly and appear as a bunch of "yyyyyyy"'s.  Any

I have Office Prof 2007, Using Word 2007 to make sheets of 10, tickets to a
benefit Jambalaya lunch is there a way to auto add consecutive numbers to
each ticket starting at number 1 ?

I have set mail merge off on the view toolbars menu and on the option letters
and merge. As soon as a particular document is opened the mail merge task
pane appears. I want to stop this and don't know where else to look.
