Office 2007 seems to have lost Save Preview Picture that was found in
Preferences in earlier versions. Can any one direct me.? Thanks

When I INSERT a Text Box using Word 2003, it includes a "frame" which
remains in the document and prints.  How do I get rid of that frame?

Is there a better newsgroup for Word?  No one here but us two.

Word 2007: I use blue background and white text.  But the background for
selected and found text is barely visible.  How do I change the background
color of selected and found text so it shows up against the blue background
of the document?

No dialogue box appears when I click on "New," simply a blank page with
inapplicable matters on right side.

I run WinXP/SP2 with MS Word 2003 (version 11 ~ from Office Pro 2003).

We want to make a church directory, landscape folded and stapled in the
middle.  But, we don't know how to sort the pages so when you put the
directory pages together and the booklet is folded the pages and title page
come out OK.

I'm writing a book that requires me to use specific fonts for
everything. I'm trying to get Word to build my index automatically,
but I can't get control of the fonts it uses. This is really messing

Hi there. I realised that the font,symbol has disappeared from my font list.
i tried looking for it in the fonts folder but could not find it. i think it
is corrupted and can someone tell me where i can download that font and
replace it back as i guess that is causing me problems ...

I recently got a new pc that is running Windows XP.  Prior to this I was
running Office 2000 on a Windows 2000 pc.  Does anyone know how I go about
getting the styles and macros from my old NORMAL.DOT and other templates into
Word 2003.  It looks a little different!

I am trying to make a single fold greeting card.  I have an image to put on
the front, and want to add text, and stretch the image to about half the page
(to the fold in the center).  Is there a basic template or wizard that will
help me add and/or edit my own images, and texts?
