Is there a way, when marking index entries, to see entries that have
been marked already in order to decide where "this one" might go?
Seems pretty elementary.

After installing Microsoft Word 2002, SP3, no object called "Microsoft
Equation 3.0" can be found by Insert > Object.
I have tried to install the program twice, but still no luck!  How do I get
