Please give example of personal business letter

I have a 3 year old Compaq computer running Windows XP.
3 GB processor, 512 memory, 160 GB HD.
I'm writing a book about God and I need MS-WORD but
I don't need MS-OFFICE (which costs $300)

i am new to word and want to use one code to convert numbers into words.but
dont know how and where to put the codes in word .
in any one got idea or links where i can read about this thing
is it possible to use same codes that i use in ms access modules here

I accidently added the quick access toolbar and I can't seem to get rid of it
now. Any ideas as to how I take it off?

I started adding new text into an old document.  But as I type, it erases the
