 Is it possible to customize Word's Mini Toolbar? I would like to
replace the italicize button with the underline format button along
with some additional changes. Is there a way to change this either

I used to have my title centered, click return, click backspace to left

i'm trying to create an index to my document but every time i create one, it
automatically removes the chapters numbers and order the index alphabetical
when i wish to order by chapter numbers.
