I need to do a search and replace across multiple doc files, and be prompted
before each replace.  Is there such a utility, or macro?  Thank you.

Can I create my own stationery?  I would like to know if I can scan a picture
to become a background for letters I want to write.  I put a picture in a new
template, but can't type over it.  Help???

What type of field needs to be used in Word to enter a name once and have it
repeated in different locations in a document?  What is the proper syntax?  
Will maybe an Ask field or a Fill-in field work?

I keep getting random symbols printed on my envelopes when I use the mailing
tab for envelopes. the screen shows all the correct information but when
printing it is just symbols in the place where the address should be.
All other things such as letters and label print OK.

Is it possible to create a keyboard shortcut in Word 2003 which will
toggle the spelling check on and off?
At present, I have to go to Tools > Options > Spelling & Grammar > Check
Spelling As You Type.  This can get quite tiresome if I need to switch

I have texts in Microsoft Word 2007 that's longer than the text box.
What I want to do is to put vertical scroll bar on right side of the box so
that when user scrolls down, he can see hidden texts.

When I write texts I see these flashing texts that are autocompletions of
dates etc.
On common such is when I write the swedish word "den". This could be the
start of a date such as "den 27 november" but that is rather uncommon.

I am trying to create a contract for services rendered, specifically studio
recording.

I have 03 word doc and when I go to edit > select all , my header does not
get highlighet or copied over to another document only the paragraphs do .

I have a word doc that I have been saving straight email address's in.
