Word 2003, I have a document that has been reviewd by several people.
To prepare to distribute it, I accept or reject all the edits and comments,
turn Track Changes off, set the version to Final on the reviewing toolbar,
turn off the Reviewing toolbar and Save.

Lately, all new documents in my Word 2003 start with shaded { } as if I had
done a Ctrl + F9.  I can not find the setting to turn this off.

I have about 10 documents in Word 2007 and cannot delete any of them.  They
all have a stick pin on the right hand side.  I have read Word instructions
and they don't work.

I activated Reviewing Toolbar and tried to highlight and write some comments
